Healthy rewards

In your first year it's reasonable to expect earnings of £50,000, with average annual earnings across the Healthcare Practice of £123,000.

The Healthcare Practice is a wholly owned subsidiary of the insurer, Western Provident Association Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We only advise on WPA's products and services, which provide access to the sort of healthcare that we want for ourselves and our families. Just health insurance. No distractions.

Our success starts with yours

A unique Launch Package is included within your investment fee, aimed at giving you and your business the best possible start.

£33,000 Guaranteed Fee Scheme

If you take on a new Healthcare Practice with no existing client base, you will be eligible for the Guaranteed Fee Scheme. The fund is designed to assist you throughout the challenging first two years of your business. You will receive £22,000 in your first year and £11,000 in your second year, subject to reaching the business plan targets.

£3,000 marketing budget

Aimed at helping you raise your profile within your territory. Typically, Partners see the greatest return on investment from hosting networking events, purchasing targeted data, attending exhibitions and undertaking marketing campaigns.

Quarterly incentive

You will have the opportunity to qualify for a quarterly bonus based on your sales and the performance of your business.

Mentor for two years

One of our Senior Healthcare Partners will become your mentor for two years. Calling on their experience to guide you during the formative years of your new business. Your mentor will be local to you, so they can be on-hand whenever you need them.

Innovative technology

We're widely recognised as leaders of technological innovation within our industry. You will benefit from access to sophisticated systems and cutting-edge solutions, including a bespoke CRM platform.

CII membership

As a business committed to professionalism, you will need to study for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance. We will pay for your examination, along with ongoing membership to the CII.

Your investment

As part of the WPA Group, a not-for-profit organisation, we don't seek to make a profit from the sale of Healthcare Practices. This approach is reflected in the low investment fee to become a Healthcare Partner. There are no monthly management service fees to pay and no cost to renew your Practice.

A one off investment

£10,000 (inclusive of VAT). Payment plans are available for the franchise fee.

A 3 year business plan

To help you realise your ambitions.

A returnable fidelity bond

£2,500 - your commitment to customer service excellence (Consumer Duty).
